Hi, I'm Bob.
I've spent more than a decade inspecting and managing thousands of properties right here in Central Oregon.
Over the years, I've seen just about every kind of pest problem our area can throw at a home or business, from ants and spiders to rats, mice, termites, wasps, cockroaches, and other difficult pest problems.
That experience taught me something important: good pest control isn't just about showing up, spraying something, and leaving.
It's about understanding the property, identifying what's actually causing the problem, explaining what needs to be done, and providing consistent service that customers can depend on.
That's why I started Ponderosa Pest Control.

Why Ponderosa Pest Control?
Ponderosa Pest Control was founded in 2026, but Bob's experience in the pest-control industry goes back more than a decade. After years of inspecting and managing thousands of local properties, Bob saw an opportunity to do things differently.
Instead of customers calling a large company, talking to one person on the phone, meeting another salesperson, and then having different technicians rotate through their property, Ponderosa keeps things simple.
You call Bob. Bob shows up. Bob does the work.
That creates a level of consistency that's difficult to duplicate with a large crew.
Over time, Bob gets to know your property, where you've had problems before, what preventative measures have been taken, and what changes to watch for from season to season.
For Bob, that's what local service should look like.

Bob's approach is straightforward. First, determine what pest you're dealing with and where the activity is coming from. Then look at the property itself. Are there entry points? Is there something attracting the pest? Are there conditions allowing the problem to continue? From there, Bob can explain what he found and recommend an appropriate treatment and prevention plan. Sometimes that means addressing an active infestation. Other times, it means ongoing service designed to stop problems before they get established.
Either way, the goal is the same:
Solve the problem without making pest control more complicated than it needs to be.
